Refund Policy

If you have purchased a product from hissos.com and are not satisfied with the product, you can exchange or return the product within 30 days after the delivery date. The package you receive must be in its original unused state to accept a return request. Please contact us within 30 days from the date of receipt.

Process 1.

Please email your order details and exchange refund reason to service@hissos.com

2. After receiving the confirmation from service@hissos.com, send the item to the address we have attached in the mail

3. After receiving the package, we will process your request and the refund can be completed after checking the items. Please see “Refund Policy”.

Refunds can be processed in the following situations:
If the product is damaged when opening the package.

The parcel was not delivered to you on time or there is a problem with the quantity.

Only accept full refund application. Partial refunds or returns are not accepted.

The goods must be sent by the customer, and hissos does not bear the return shipping cost.

Refund time:
We usually refund within 72 hours of receiving the return. Generally, it will not exceed 7 days.
