Shipping Policy
Where can we ship the package?
We provide delivery to addresses in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, and Australia, and delivery to other countries and regions is not available.
Transportation time?
It takes approximately 24 to 72 hours to process the order. After processing your order, it will take approximately 20 to 30 business days to deliver the product. There may be delays beyond our control, such as delays in customs and postal services.
How much is shipping?
We charge $9 for standard shipping and free shipping on orders over $29.
Free shipping logistics company delivery time takes about 20~40 days.
We provide expedited delivery, please contact us for specific freight. We can only provide specific shipping costs based on your region. But this will cost around 70-100 US dollars. Choose DHL/UPS/FedEx courier transportation.
Notes:
1) Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
2) After the order has been paid, the warehouse needs 1-3 days to process your order. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
3) We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and custom clearance issues.
4) If there is any shipping issue with your package , you must contact Customer Support within 90 days after your order was placed.
